Canopies
What a
canopy can do for you
Clean. Canopies
clean the air by extracting the smoke, fumes & some
smells from any type of working kitchen to
the outside environment. (Some canopy systems
may need carbon filtration systems installed
if required.)
Control. You
can control the amount of air that is extracted by speed
controllers depending on the amount of cooking being carried
out. (High speed for full cooking load and low speed for
small cooking loads)
Air Movement & Circulation. The
canopies create an air circulation within the kitchen area
to make a better working or living environment
